Deposits & Withdrawals

ag999 supports only the following payment methods:

Important payment terms and conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• It is preferred that deposits and withdrawals are made using the same method.
• The use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed.
• ag999 reserves the right to verify identity and payment method before processing large withdrawals.
• If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, ag999 will notify the user and guide them toward a resolution.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at ag999:

Welcome Bonus

• A 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

• To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If you withdraw your deposited funds while a bonus is active, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise specified.
• ag999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ag999:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or systems for an advantage (including arbitrage or bonus abuse).
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
• Harassment of or disrespectful behavior toward other users.
• Spreading false information about ag999 or engaging in activities harmful to it.

Responsible Gaming

ag999 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that entertainment should always be enjoyable and controlled.

• Users can set their own limits on deposits, bets, and sessions.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion can be requested if needed.
• There is an option to temporarily suspend your account for a break.

• Opening an account for anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

ag999 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (after a specified period).
• At the user's own request.

In the event of account closure:

• Any bonus or promotional balance will be cancelled.
• The remaining balance of the original deposit (if any, and upon completed verification) will be refunded.
• If closed due to prohibited activities, no funds will be refunded.
